
JASON SNOXALL - DIRECTOR/MASTER TRAINER
Jason has a Graduate Diploma in Management from the University of Wollongong, and has been involved in fitness related roles most of his life. He is a fully accredited and registered Personal Trainer and Fitness Instructor with Fitness Australia, and holds the Certificate IV in Fitness. Jason also possesses his Level 1 Strength and Conditioning Coach Qualification, and is also a qualified Workplace Assessor.
Jason's background in fitness is both varied and extensive, having managed both organisational health and fitness along with his own Personal Training Company "FITSENSE PERSONAL TRAINING SOLUTIONS".
Having an extensive background in law enforcement as a Health, Fitness and Response Coordinator - Jason specialises in team building and goal setting, so as to achieve optimal results for clients from all backgrounds.
The results obtained by Jason's clients speak for themselves. Many Personal Trainers and Companies make promises to change peoples lives - but these claims are rarely facilitated. Jason has an exceptional ability to improve the lives of people, through ensuring that goals and needs are met. Whether it be weight loss, team building, strength and conditioning, muscle and weight gain, overall fitness or injury management - Jason has the skills, knowledge and experience to ensure the success ofall clients.
Everyone requires motivation and support to reach their goals - and Jason is the master of getting the best out of individuals. Communication is a key element in getting the most out of people, and Jason is an extremely effective communicator.
Jason doesn't believe that being a Personal Trainer/Life Coach is about seeing an individual once or twice a week and hoping for the best. He maintains regular contact with his clients, and is available to provide advice or assistance to his clients whenever they may wish to do so.

The undertaking and adherence to exercise requires participants to have fun, to laugh and to feel part of a team (whether that be one on one with a trainer - or as part of a group).... so lets get together,set some goals and ENJOY THE RIDE..."
Jason loves training outdoors, and makes every session tailored to the needs of the individual - whilst having plenty of good laughs and enjoyment.
