Mark




Mark got his amazing results in the 10 Weeks during the Winter 2009 Sydney Survivors 10 Week Transformation. During this time Mark's fitness results had improved by 300%, and he dropped an amazing 17% in Body Fat!
His weight dropped approximately 12 kilograms, and he is now in an extremely healthy weight and body fat range for his age. Mark is evidence that by taking the nutritional advice and regular exercise sessions offered by Sydney Survivors - that you can be a new person in next to no time!
Mark was the winner of the Ten Week Transformation and won a holiday at Palazzo Versace on the Gold Coast and a tandem parachute jump as part of his prize. It was a great effort by a champion bloke!

Michelle was yet another success story from the Sydney Survivors Winter 2009 Transformation! Her photos show how incredible her results were... Her results include a reduction of almost 8kg of body weight, reduction of almost 18% in body fat, and a loss of over 30cm in her measurements across her body (13cm alone off her hips)!

Helen




Helen is a group training favourite at Survivors! She joined after training with another trainer for a period of time, but wasn't getting the results that she wanted.
10 Weeks later, she dropped approx 15% of body fat (which was equivalent to 9.9kgs of body fat) and has found a level of fitness that is so inspirational to everyone in the group! She's even inspired her hubby into taking part in the upcoming transformation! A great result from such a funny and positive individual!

Lisa initially started training with Jason to manage some long standing issues with a spinal condition. Once we worked through the strengthening her back (and body!), she caught the bug and started to think that anything was possible.
Lisa used to experience pain basically everyday of her life, and we are proud to say that she no longer experiences pain and have a look at the body!
Lisa is a very strong willed person that trains the house down, and nobody ever thought Lisa would be killing it at Bootcamps and all other activities she puts her body through! She's even doing the Sydney to Wollongong bike ride with us in November!

Chris D

Chris undertook the 12 week body transformation. During this time Chris lost close to 11 kilograms, reduced his body fat incredibly, and lowered his blood pressure to very healthy levels. This was all on the back of quitting smoking.
Most people think that giving away cigarettes and weight gain come hand in hand - but Chris has proven that this is far from the case, if you are dedicated to your nutrition and exercise. I have loved having the opportunity to get to know Chris and to have somebody as focused and driven to train. He is an extremely busy professional that spends a great deal of time away from home - but has made himself a new lifestyle (for himself and his great family)!

Sandra started personal training to feel better and to put some time into herself. She has two young sons and (like most mothers) put all of their emphasis on the family, and sometimes forget about themself.
12 weeks later, Sandra is a new woman. Her body is AMAZING, and she is now so fit and healthy. Sandra, like most people, needed her nutrition ideas changed - and she took my advice fully.
I am so proud of Sandra, and she now has the body that most women her age would dream of!!!

Leila (in training mode)!
Leila (aka G.I Jane) has become a fitness machine! Not many people would believe that she is the mother of 5 (YES 5!!!) young children. Her strength and dedication is a credit to her, and she has done this now that the kids are in school/day care.
Leila was doing her own training, but was struggling for results, and then I was lucky enough for her to approach me to train her. She looks amazing, and I would say that she is one of the strongest women for her age and size that I have come across.
Leila can serve as a motivation to all women that under the right guidance and assistance - there is always the chance of reclaiming your body (and yourself) - after you have children. Leila feels amazing...and looks it too! I've heard her hubby is more than happy!!!

Karyn G

Karyn is an incredible woman. 3 kids under 4 years of age, and it was time for her to "find herself". Since I've started training Karyn, she has lost more than 17 kilograms, and she looks sensational!
She has learnt that a healthy lifestyle is easy, and that she never needs to feel hungry! Karyn has changed her life, and is doing the same for the whole of her family. Karyn is back playing sport on weekends and I am sure she is running rings around her younger opponents, with her great levels of strength and fitness!

Lisa P

Lisa is without doubt one of the most determined women I have ever been fortunate enough to meet. She had trained with other Personal Trainers in the past and found that not a great deal was happening - and then I was lucky enough to have made a partnership with Lisa.
In the last 12 weeks Lisa has lost almost 18 kilograms, and her body is changing shape by the day. Lisa also has a young family, and has set herself a goal by the time that she goes on her family holiday in September.
Lisa pushes herself to the limit to get her results, and her body has responded incredibly and she is also so fit now. She attends every Bootcamp, and mixes it with every person that attends - and would train 8 days a week if it were possible!!!

Elise M

Elise started Personal Training to make herself her number one priority for a change. She works some crazy hours, whilst studying at University fulltime. One of the biggest changes that Elise made, was a commitment to her diet, and she provided me with one of the most comprehensive and concise food diaries I have ever seen.
Elise is so strong, and has earnt the nickname - The Pocket Rocket! She is incredibly dedicated to her training and has shredded her body fat to the point that she now looks amazing!
Elise is great in the group sessions, as she pushes herself and motivates other people to get the most out of themself every time!
