GROUP PERSONAL TRAINING SESSIONS
Sydney Survivors offers the following Group Personal Training Sessions:
If you become an unlimited Group PT Member, you can attend any of the sessions that are listed above for the one fee per week. This a great deal that makes personal training affordable, fun and focused on results. You will train with like minded individuals that are fun, focused and and a great group of people.
Many people that have joined the group have said how much they prefer to work as part of a team and how it brings out the best in them. There are at least 10 great sessions per week to choose from, and never will 2 sessions be the same. The body needs change to maximise results - and we guarantee you results!
Early Morning Group P.T Sessions - 5:45am Tuesday's
Every Tuesday & Friday come and jump into a great early morning session with the team at Sydney Survivors! Tuesday mornings venue is always Menai Park. Sessions will always vary and are a fantastic way to start your day. The sessions will always finish at 6:45am, so that you have enough time to get off to work!
Mid Morning Group P.T Sessions (with Child Minding) - 9:30am Monday to Friday at Menai Indoor Sports Centre (Alison Crescent, Menai)
Group Personal Training Sessions are held at Menai Indoor Sports Centre at 9:30am Monday to Friday, with Child Minding available for just $2 per child!
The sessions change every day, to ensure that we get the best results possible for you. The team at Sydney Survivors pride themselves on results, and keeping the sessions unique is an integral component of our success - due to the fact that your body nevers adapts to the training & you will never become bored/unmotivated!
6:30pm Monday and Tuesday evenings at Menai Indoor Sports Centre
Come and enjoy a fully supervised and safe resistance training session at the Indoor Sports Session. Weights, resistance bands and medicine balls are effectively used to improve your muscle tone, improve your strength & reduce fat!
The sessions are a great way to compliment your cardiovascular training to get you the results you dream of! Monday nights we focus on Upper Body resistance training (shoulders, chest, back & arms), whilst on Tuesday nights the focus shifts to your legs, butts and core strength.
Why go to busy gyms to do your resistance training in an uncomfortable environment and waste a great deal of time doing exercises that are likely to be of little use to what YOU require? We will ensure that you are doing movements that are specific to meet your needs, and you will train in an environment which is both fun and without ego's!
7pm Wednesday's - Menai Park Group Personal Training Sessions
Group Personal Training Sessions are available at Menai Park WEDNESDAY EVENING at 7pm. Sessions run to approximately 8:30pm and include a great cardio & strength/toning workout. Save on gym memberships by enjoying the benefits of a great group of people that will make you feel welcome every time you train!
Meet at the fully lit undercover pavillion at the park, and its a great location to train - rain, hail or shine!

Indoor Bootcamps - 8pm Thursday nights at Menai Indoor Sports Centre
Indoor Bootcamps is a great high intensity and FUN workout that is for people of all fitness levels. Bootcamp runs for approximately 1 hour, and combines cardiovascular training, resistance training and teamwork!
Don't be fooled - some nights we may end up outside for some of the session!
Not to be missed!
Outdoor Bootcamps - Saturday & Sunday Mornings at 7am
Regular outdoor Bootcamps are run EVERY SATURDAY & SUNDAY morning at various locations (locations are listed on calendar above). Starting time is 7am, and the Bootcamps run for between 1.5 & 2 hours. Don't let the word Bootcamp frighten you off! Its just a great fun workout, that encompasses teamwork and different types of training which you are sure to love!
