Our '12 Weeks to a New You' Transformation will provide you with the motivation, education and expert training that will ensure that you get the results that you may have thought were NEVER possible!
Although there are great prizes and an Awards night at the conclusion of the 12 Week Transformation, everyone that completes a Sydney Survivors Transformatioin is a winner! The team at Sydney Survivors GET you results that many other trainers and FAD diets promise, and we can show you countless images of clients that not only get the body they desire - but that keep the body through the implementation of a healthy lifestyle that is sustainable.
A clear and healthy mind starts with a fit and healthy body, and whilst you can visualise and measure the changes that we will make to your body - the greatest thing about getting fit and healthy will be how amazing you will feel, and how your new body will help you to manage other factors in your life!
For the one entry fee of $249, you will receive the following:
- Weekly group training session (12 sessions) valued at $240;
- 3 seminars (based on nutrition, healthy lifestyles, injury and pain management, and stress management) valued at $150;
- 3 full body and fitness assessments (at commencement, half way point & conclusion of transformation) - to monitor your amazing results, valued at $60;

Every Tuesday morning at 5:45am
Come and enjoy the great Group Fitness session at Menai Park. Session concludes between 6:45am & 7am (for those that are heading to work).
Every Wednesday evening at 7pm
Outdoor Boxing and cardio session held under the pavillion at Menai Park. A great fun session that is sure to burn plenty of calories! The session is held rain, hail or shine - as we can use the pavillion!!
This session runs for approximately 90 minutes.
Every THURSDAY evening at 8pm - INDOOR BOOTCAMP
Weekly indoor bootcamp will be held at Menai Indoor Sports Centre. Open to everyone, the indoor bootcamp is a great session that focuses on cardiovascular fitness and basic strength.
Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult to attend.
Start time is 8pm sharp (please be there 15 minutes early to register).
THE BOOTCAMP - Every Saturday Morning
The 90 minute Bootcamp commences at 7am sharp. This session is open to everyone, so don't hesitate in coming along and bring a friend!
The session will incorporate cardio, strength & teamwork, and will cater for people of all fitness levels! It's a great time of year to get up and enjoy some morning exercise, so come along and enjoy the session!

What a way to start a Sunday! Bootcamp style session that runs for 90 minutes at varying locations (check website timetable for weekly locations).
